is currently the Senior Assessment Manager for the College Board, delivering CLEP® and ACCUPLACER® outreach and professional development. As a Policy Analyst for CLEP, Pam managed outreach to raise awareness among states’ higher education system leaders about the value of systemwide credit-by-exam consistency to support seamless articulation and transfer and the recognition of PLA. Her professional interests focus on improving college access and completion for the nontraditional learning community. Pam previously served as the Policy Analyst for the Florida Department of Education, Office of Articulation. With more than 20 years of service in public education, her accomplishments include secondary and college counseling, educational leadership, and project management to support assessment, accountability, and educational reform. As an adult learner, Pam earned a baccalaureate degree from the University of Illinois, followed by a Master of Education and Doctorate of Education from the University of North Florida.
is a former Education Policy Specialist at the National Conference of State Legislatures. His work focused on policy issues related to postsecondary and adult education. Prior to NCSL, Vincent served as the Program Associate at the Alliance for Quality Teaching and as the Research Director at The Performance Institute. Vincent earned a B.A. in History from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and an M.A. in Education Foundation, Policy and Practice from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is currently Vice President of Public Affairs at the Colorado League of Charter Schools.
