The commission's goal of 55 percent of young adults, ages 25 to 34, receiving a postsecondary credential by 2025 will be measured on a regular basis, and the College Completion Agenda Latino Edition can be used to measure progress toward this goal for Latinos. The indicators identified in this report give some signal of the current status of where the nation and state are on the overall goal and with each of the recommendations as they pertain to Latinos. As such, one or more indicators have been identified that, when taken together, allow one to infer the current status for Latinos.

State Policy Guide and
Research and Context Brief
The College Board, Excelencia in Education, and the National Council of La Raza joined together to create The College Completion Agenda State Policy Guide: Latino Edition. The guide is intended to help policymakers generate solutions to the challenges facing Latino youth and their families so that they can prepare, access and complete college in greater numbers. The guide provides background, research and issues for legislators to be aware of, and promising state policy efforts to increase the number of Latinos in the U.S. who earn a postsecondary degree.
The College Completion Agenda Research and Context Brief: Latino Edition is a companion to Latino Edition of the Completion Agenda.
